Board of Trustees announce special meeting for Jan. 4, 2010

The Board may go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing items provided for in RCW 42.30.110(1):

(g) to evaluate the qualifications of an applicant or applicants for public employment or to review the performance of a public employee.

No action will be taken during Executive Session. The Executive Session will last ap-proximately 2 hours.

The Apparel Construction class, located in room M316, is selling a variety of stockings, some made from quilted fabric with an elegant stitching design, for $15 each or a pair for $25, and fleece hat and scarf sets at $10 (or $7 for the hat only).

Fashion Construction, located in room M203, is selling brightly colored, washable 100 percent silk scarves for just $11 each or two for $20. The scarves come gift wrapped with tags.

All proceeds benefit the Bates Foundation, helping to fund student scholarships.

*The City of Tacoma will shut off the water to the Downtown Campus on Wednesday, Dec. 23 at 1 p.m. to replace the water meter. Contact Vallie Jo Fry, x7124, for questions.
