Oui Oui! South Campus Chef Michael Clark and his students will feature delicious French fare every Thursday for the remainder of April.
This Thursday, the cafeteria will offer eggs florentine for breakfast. Lunch options will include chicken consommé with quenelles for soup, marinated green beans and Belgian endive with lettuce chiffonade artichokes and mushrooms a la grecque for a refreshing and healthy salad.
Enjoy beef filet with sauce choron and demi glaze, pomme paille garni for the main entrée, and pair it with turnips gratinee and roasted kale. The blue plate special will be seafood salpicon voulavent, the working man special will feature beef bourguignon, and the deli sandwich will be saucisson on a baguette with gruyere.
And save room for dessert: crème brule or a fresh berry tartlet!
